Removed the award titles for each PPF Member. We will be making a PPF Award thread instead, so that users may be able to see their real PPF Rank (depends on the number of posts).

Version 1.01 of the PPF 1st mix blue theme is up!
Changes:
- set the font to Verdana. (Tahoma too small, Segoe.. not everyone got it)
- lighter shade of blue.
- fixed View More Emoticons page
- made topic titles bold and changed its font color.
- put a separator for every username on Who Is Online
- fixed a little wrapping shoutbox error.
- fixed the last character of the posts. (it will use to be bigger..)
- fixed table headers.
- was able to put Mark All Forums Read at the top.
- other minor visual changes
