Well, as much as possible, we need ALL FINAL attendees to ENLIST AND PAY the downpayment ON OR BEFORE this Friday... why?

1) To establish a final headcount, kasi maraming tao ang mahihirapan kung sa outing day mismo magpapa-add ang isang interesadong sumama, dahil bukod sa issue with sleeping space, there's the matter of adding fees and processing additional persons... Syempre onting konsiderasyon hindi lang sa mga nag-aasikasong members, kungdi na rin sa buong grupong sasama.

2) For immediate and sure refunds in the event that you need to back out - as much as possible, ayaw naman nating mag-refuse ng refund, pero kelangan tayong mag-abide sa outing rules. Bukod sa unfair naman sa ibang members na nagbayad agad, we're talking about 500-600 pesos here... Hindi man sa iba, malaking pera pa rin yun, at hangga't maaari, gusto nating isoli yun kung may aatras.

Ok, may mga nagtatanong kung magkano ang budget per head, so to simplify the expenses, eto ang tentative breakdown (until Friday, that is, dahil pinaplano pa yung food scheme and assignments):

500-600 pesos for lodging (3 days-2 nights)
100-150 pesos for fares
(Potluck food for 2-3 persons) - by Friday ang final plan
Pocket money (for additional expenses like breakfast before departure, buying personal stuff like canned beverages or snacks, or after-outing foodtrip) - at least 200 pesos, syempre for emergency expenses na rin

And in the end, over and above, equals...

900-1000 pesos + potluck food

The downpayment scheme is there not just to ensure an equal or favorable enlistment-to-attendance ratio, but also to ease the expenses on the attendees' perspective, as well as to minimize the money carried by attendees (mas iwas sa bad things like lost money or worse, theft). It is however encouraged to bring more than enough para sa mga pansariling gastusin. Kung mapapansin nga ng mga previous attendees, the proposed budget was still the same as last year's outing - 1000 pesos pa rin, ang pagkakaiba lang, masyadong swinerte ang grupo to a point na sumobra ang laki ng natipid nila... halos 40% lang ng budget ang nagamit, which is the basis of this year's plan.

That's why the moderators are encouraging any interested member to show his or her intention to join, and as much as possible, to pay the downpayment, ON OR BEFORE THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 24, to avoid not just complicating the enlistment process, but to avoid subjecting all attendees and organizers to any unnecessary inconvenience, as much as possible.

....at syempre as much as possible para naman dun sa mga 50/50....make your decision by friday.....its either your in or out...we dont want to commit the same mistakes last year.

atsaka slight remider.......our first day would be Friday.....meaning weekdays sya which spells heavy traffic in the morning...kaya kailangan promt din tayo sa meeting time natin at 6AM.....tayo din magsusuffer pag di natin to sinunod.
