Napansin ko lang...

Yung 20 most active topics has that cool effect na nagsoscroll... but in practice medyo mahirap gamitin pag nagsoscroll siya.

I end up looking at my "posts since last visit" page instead, which eats up more bandwidth. Maybe it's better for the list to be static instead? I know it looks uncool, but usability-wise I think it makes sense.

Also... is it possible for the shoutbox to be placed as a sidebar instead of at the bottom of the page? Kung hindi, sige di bale na lang.

(I also noticed that the shoutbox frame is a few pixels too short in height, at least on non-Firefox Mozilla, so scrolling using the mouse wheel is a bit jumpy.)

Regarding TV Forum, antay po muna tayo kahit isang thread about TV. Doon ako magsisimula gumawa ng category ng TV Forum, since dinidissolve namin ang mga category na hindi masyado na-aappreciate ng PPF community

Regarding 20 most active topics, I agree na medyo mahirap pag nag-scroll siya. Have to tinkle with it's programming though. Ang lagay lang kasi, merong malaking pahina sa front page na nakalagay ang 20 active posts na parang mahaba naman sa paningin - ayos lang ba 'yun?

Shoutbox naman, yup, nasabi na sa akin ito ni deadkarrot. Sa ngayon, pagtiisan muna natin ang ganyan kasi babaguhin pa naman natin ang layout ng buong forum.

Regarding to new forums, I don't think we need a separate category pag hindi naman ganun kaactive ang isang topic.

Nagkaroon tayo ng food forum dahil maraming food talks. So we'll introduce new categories when deemed necessary.

Meron po ba ang PHPBB na parang calendar thingy? parang mas madaling tignan doon kung may mga events or b-day na cecelebrate

You're right. Lagay nga natin 'yan.

Dati kasi meron na nyan dito, pero nung nag-upgrade ako ng isang napakalaking add-on, hindi na compatible 'yung calendar eh. Huhuhu. Anyway, gawan natin ng paraan 'yan.

Sa akin, lahat ng posts lumalabas. Punta ka preferences mo Glads, tapos check mo 'yung YES sa Keep messages unread. Naka Default kasi 'yun, dapat i-YES mo. Masa-save na lahat 'yun.

Regarding shoutbox na nasa side, antayin natin 'yung PPF 1st mix version ng layout nitong forums

Sa tagal ng pananatili ko dito sa forums kahit sandali lang, medyo nahihirapan ako sa mga sumusunod:

* Latest replies. Miyembro din kasi ako ng iba pang mga bulletin boards. Ang isa du'n e merong "show latest replies to your posts." Once you clicked on the topic at binasa/nagreply ka, and you click the "show latest replies to your posts" again, hindi mo na makikita 'yung topic na 'yun unless may bagong nag-reply.

* Order of posts. In my opinion, mas maganda if the thread will show the last message post upon opening that thread. Kumbaga e reverse-chronologically arranged. In this way, malalaman mo ang pinaka-latest na post.

* 5 x 7. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang sagot diyan.

dun sa second asterisk jake, pwede mo palitan sa PREFERENCES, then READING TOPICS. Choose however you want
