My turn!
Pros:
- Private resort. A first in PPF. Iba ang feel ng lugar pag sa atin lang.
- Ate Rhoda, the caretaker, is very hospitable. Nuff said.
- Rooms and kitchen are close to each other, so hindi malayo ang lalakarin pag kailangan ng gamit. Dahil diyan dito..
- Food preparation is a breeze. Kahit sa kubo pa tayo nag Day 2 Lunch, we didn't need to walk far and use stairs like what we do at Kuhala.
- Seclusion. Napaka-relaxing at dagat lang ang maririnig mo. Walang radyo, walang sasakyan.
Cons:
- Travel time. Last I checked, going to that place from the town proper is 18 kilometers. So that's an 18 kilometers trike ride, and so far, next to the farthest point in Bolinao's Tourist attractions, the Bolinao Waterfalls, which is 20 kilometers.
- Rocky beach. Mas masaya sana kung nakayapak lang tayo sa beach.
- Power and water outage. Hindi ko alam kung nataon lang ito, pero malaking abala ito sa atin pagdating sa paghanda ng pagkain (rice cooker, pag-handa ng pasta, paghugas ng mga gamit).
- The resort lacks maintenance. Shower is old, we can't use the closets, some doors cannot be closed properly.
Things to consider for the next outing:
- Dagdag kaldero/pots please

- Bring your own drinks/tumbler/paper cups again. Maybe tig-dalawang 2L drinks per head. Then label na lang yung inumin.
- Ibalik ang per-meal cleaners, and assign a leader per cleaner group.
- Time lapse between carpool and commuters. Kailangan mapaglapit natin ito para maiwasan ang "I am thirsty" moment ni sketch.

- Headcount limitations. Sana next outing eh wala na headcount cap. That way, walang problema para sa mga gusto pa humabol

I'll add kung may maisip pa ako.
