Of course, I agree with everyone with the room setup. I like having my personal space and having peers in the same room.
@magique: I think what happened sa kwarto nila Tim was hindi nasara ng maayos yung sliding door so the bugs went in.
There was also that big spider in room 10.
And ang daming grasshoppers sa kama ko nung Night 1.
XD
Hindi daw "Paw-friendly" yung door knob. Just kidding.
I also wanted some time sa jacuzzi, pero for the first time in the last few years, sobrang dami ng guests ng Kuhala. Gusto ko sana i-invade na lang yung jacuzzi, pero nahiya pa rin ako.
@dan & dee: Weather's something we can't do much about. Heck, nabasa at nahirapan din kami nila Hao and Miff (along with the others) to prepare dinner of Night 1 dahil sa ulan at lakas ng hangin.
About activities, well, I honestly don't know how to tackle this well. Pero I noticed lang, the people who brought games with them should've also asked people from other rooms to play at may mga hindi nagamit na games like yung Monopoly ni Carlo.
I'd like to initiate something, pero I've already got my hands full with the supplies, meal preparation, personal stuff and trying to enjoy time with friends, and I can't say na hindi ako guilty kasi may dala din akong playing cards nung outing.
XP
@blake: 2 nights ang batsu game? Tignan natin.
Anyway, from my personal point of view, from dinner preparation of Night 1 until lunch preparation of Day 2, I was pretty much beat up, just like Miff. I was actually happy that we had Miff's party to prepare dinner for Night 2, kasi yun yung opportunity namin ni Hao to actually chillax a bit.
I'm happy that you guys enjoyed yung food. I know I barely "cooked", but managing things plus going back and forth for supplies really wore me out lalo na nung Day 2 lunch dahil sa init.
I'm also happy that you guys are enjoying kasi I've been giving the effort to help since naging mod ako. Sabi ko nga sa sarili ko, watching an outing video is a priceless moment kasi dun lang ako nakakatawa na parang walang bukas.
Now, based on this outing, I have thought of the following:
1. We need more drinks. I was finding it diffiult to manage yung amount of drinks being consumed and nabibitin ang mga tao (at least sa tingin ko).
2. There has to be a better means to communicate between organizers. Malayo ang kitchen natin sa stock room, it was a pain getting items needed. Mas madali if we had something like walkie-talkies so we could ask somebody to get supplies and just meet the person halfway.
3. To prevent issues with the meals, I think it is best that we ask members to bring processed/canned food as contribution again ( just like we did years ago). A lot of people probably didn't notice the disaster we've had in meal preparation and, believe it or not, a few cans of tuna or something else could have helped in a big way.
That's pretty much what's in my head right now.
I apologize if I sound negative, but believe me when I say all my stress has paid off. Now, I await for the video.
